Alpas appreciates your continued support and loyalty during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have implemented preventative measures to maintain a healthy working environment and are following the recommendations of the CDC to assist us in navigating through serving our clients through best practices.
We have temporarily updated the Terms & Conditions of our Agreement's Deposit Section as outlined in our contracts, which you will receive upon booking with us.
Additionally, we have adjusted the following services at the requests of our freelancers, to continue to allow them to make informed decisions surrounding precautionary measures necessary to maintain their personal safety:
Bookings requesting freelancer participation for event setup or installations requiring a "flip" (either from one location to another or a room transition,) will require our Clients to provide basic information regarding the details on the location, timeline, and any precautionary measures implemented by the venue and their vendors. We are asking our Clients to help us help them by providing this information up-front, to the best of their knowledge. Our freelancers have chosen not to confirm their availability without this information.
Strike services are temporarily suspended, however, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients interested in this service should contact us directly through the Alpas email.
